Job Title: Validation Documentation Expert

Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Description:

CAI is seeking a skilled Validation Documentation Expert to join our team. As a Validation Documentation Expert, you will play a critical role in developing documentation to support Commissioning, Qualifications, and Validation activities.

You will lead cross-functional teams and develop documents, requiring strong technical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in ISPE Baseline Guide 5 and C&Q activities a plus. A background in facilities and equipment startup, utilities, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop documentation to support Commissioning, Qualifications, and Validation activities
  • Develop documents and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in validation and commissioning
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in ISPE Baseline Guide 5 and C&Q activities a plus
  • Background in facilities and equipment startup, utilities, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
