About the Role

As an Aerospace Manufacturing Quality Control and Inspection Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of aerospace products. You will conduct inspections, analyze data, and develop recommendations to improve quality processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, provide training and support, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Salary: $40-$50 hourly

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of in-process and completed hardware
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve quality
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or quality assurance
  • Expert knowledge of GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and FAI's
  • Experience with AS9102 standards and other industry regulations
  • Exceptional leadership and analytical skills
  • Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance)
