Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Performance Manager at Tuma Agencies, you will be responsible for learning and implementing proven sales procedures, collaborating with coworkers to enhance knowledge and skills, acquiring and building clients with business owners and employers, developing and maintaining relationships with customers during in-person sales meetings, and training sales representatives in effective sales practices.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be at least 18 years old. Ideally, you should have 2+ years of sales experience, excellent time management skills, strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and a competitive drive.
