Job Overview

About the Job

As a Bilingual Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for professionally handling incoming calls, greeting callers, providing and requesting required information, transferring calls, or taking messages as necessary.

You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs.

This is an in-office position requiring good attendance, strong computer skills in a Windows-based environment, and the ability to type 35 words per minute or more.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required.
  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar required.
  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment required.
  • Good attendance required.
