You will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in, and introducing them to their Colorist, ensuring a seamless and smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and smooth experience from arrival to departure.
- Act as a brand ambassador, educating guests about Madison Reed products and services.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators.
- Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Drive Hair Color Bar revenue through increasing the average service ticket and promoting additional services.
- Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
- Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
