Responsibilities- Conduct hands-on failure analysis and plan laboratory tests
- Compose written test plans and participate in field investigations
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, scientists, and architects
- Participate in business development and marketing activities
- Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering or related field
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Polymer Engineering or related field (desired)
- At least 10 years of experience in polymer engineering post-degrees
- 5 years of experience in forensic engineering consulting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in polymer failure modes, fractography, and fracture mechanics
- Project management experience and ability to lead small teams
