Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Clients: Welcome clients and their pets with a warm and friendly smile, and provide assistance with check-in, check-out, and other administrative tasks.
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front lobby area, and ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Process Payments and Transactions: Collect and process payments, and assist with pet supply and grooming purchases.
  • Update Patient Records: Accurately and efficiently update patient records, and ensure that all necessary information is up-to-date.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide clear and concise communication to clients, and respond to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with clients and their pets on a daily basis.
  • Basic Office Skills: Proficiency in basic office skills, such as typing, filing, and phone etiquette, is required.
  • Comfort with Animals: A comfort level with animals, including furry, fuzzy, feathered, and scaly friends, is essential for this role.
