Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on quality control and assurance.
  • Monitor and report quality metrics and performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality control, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control and assurance, with a focus on auditing and inspecting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, including 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and SPC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other quality control software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean or Six Sigma certification.
  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience with quality control software and systems.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
