- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards and regulations.
- Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality processes.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Provide training and support to production staff on quality control and assurance.
- Monitor and report quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality control, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control and assurance, with a focus on auditing and inspecting.
- Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, including 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and SPC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other quality control software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean or Six Sigma certification.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with quality control software and systems.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
