The Arrabelle is a premier luxury hotel, perfectly situated in a renowned square. Position Overview:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas in accordance with established standards, ensuring the highest quality and service for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize, assign, and coordinate housekeeping tasks during predominantly PM shifts, including efficient staff organization and radio communication
  • Supervise team performance, provide training and coaching, uphold brand standards, address guest concerns with care, and ensure timely fulfillment of guest requests
  • Act as the primary contact for team support during shifts
  • Facilitate clear communication with key departments such as front office and maintenance to ensure seamless operations
  • Conduct inspections of rooms to meet established standards
  • Implement post-COVID cleaning procedures and reinforce compliance within the team
  • Restock linens, amenities, and supplies in guest rooms
  • Monitor and address issues in public areas, restrooms, and hallways
  • Perform regular walk-throughs to ensure maintenance of public areas and staff compliance with evening duties
  • Fulfill responsibilities of Room Attendants and other housekeeping roles as needed
  • Adjust daily worksheets for Room Attendants and assign nightly tasks
  • Conduct weekly inventory of cleaning and amenity supplies
  • Accommodate reasonable requests from management
  • Exhibit flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on PM shifts
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent - Required
  • Minimum one year of experience in resort housekeeping or leadership - Required
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a guest service environment - Required
  • Basic computer proficiency - Required
  • Effective and professional communication skills in English - Required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Required
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and access all resort areas - Required
  • Preferred: College degree in Hospitality Management
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferred: Familiarity with IQware
  • Required: Bilingual in Spanish
The expected pay range is $28.98 per hour. Individual compensation is determined based on various factors.
