Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to established service standards.
  • Foster connections within the Gravity Haus community.
  • Deliver outstanding anticipatory service to guests.
  • Prepare daily task lists for housekeeping staff, considering arrivals, departures, and special requests.
  • Train team members to optimize efficiency and safety.
  • Ensure all necessary supplies are available for team members.
  • Maintain housekeeping tools and equipment in excellent condition.
  • Coordinate with the Front Desk regarding priority rooms for early arrivals and VIP guests.
  • Utilize Alice software daily to manage guest requests related to housekeeping.
  • Monitor and restock minibar items as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations.
  • Manage monthly budgets to meet financial targets.
  • Assign rooms based on operational needs.
  • Adjust staffing levels based on occupancy and demand.
  • Manage inventory of linens and cleaning supplies.
  • Handle purchasing and expense tracking for cleaning materials.
  • Recruit, train, and develop future leaders in alignment with Gravity Haus standards.
  • Facilitate communication across the property.
  • Act as a Gravity Haus Ambassador, embodying our mission and vision.
  • Understand that hospitality scheduling is driven by guest needs, operating 24/7.
  • Provide a memorable guest experience with a focus on community and sustainability.
  • Coordinate daily with maintenance staff.
  • Manage purchasing and expense reporting, including invoice processing.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications:

Physical Demands:
