Role Overview:
The Client Relations—Fund Event team is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our valued clients managing investment vehicles on TRAC. This team is responsible for overseeing significant events such as mergers, stock splits, and fund name changes. Given the high volume and financial implications, this role demands focused attention to effectively manage monthly events. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fund events, including monitoring calendars, requesting and reviewing impact scans, and collaborating with internal departments to execute events.
- Maintain ongoing communication with business partners to review all fund event activities.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on SS&C Retirement Solutions system functionality and products.
- Prioritize client requests based on their impact and severity.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve client-reported issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years of equivalent experience.
- Preferred knowledge of the retirement plan industry.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, PowerSelect, or TSO is a plus.
- Able to work in the local office several days per month.
