The Industrial Machine Mechanic 4 is a critical role at PDS Tech, responsible for maintaining the optimal condition of our facilities and equipment. This position involves a wide range of tasks, including machine repair, carpentry, painting, welding, plumbing, and sheet metal work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures to ensure smooth operation.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair facility mechanical components and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan.
  • Facility Upgrades: Support the development and implementation of facility and equipment upgrades to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repair and maintenance work completed to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures.
  • Ability to perform machine repair and general preventative maintenance.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting facility mechanical components and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of SOPs, internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies.
  • Strong documentation skills for repair and maintenance work.
