As a Culinary Support Specialist at New Communities Inc., you will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting the dining team to ensure that each resident receives their designated meals in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food service areas.
  • Understanding and implementing residents' individual service plans as they pertain to dining needs.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Prior experience in a food service environment and familiarity with working with the elderly or disabled population is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills, particularly with residents and colleagues whose primary language is English.
