Mom's Touch is currently on the lookout for proficient Kitchen Operations Specialists to assist in crafting mouthwatering meals for our patrons. These specialists will be responsible for preparing and serving food in an appealing and timely manner.

  • Prior experience is preferred
  • Comprehensive training will be provided
  • Part-Time Availability (up to 25 hours per week)
  • Full-Time Availability (up to 40+ hours per week)
  • Must be available during opening hours, lunch hours, dinner hours, and weekends
  • Food Handler Certification is required upon hire

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking tools
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking (including chopping vegetables and cutting meat)
  • Efficiently cook and fry foods according to established guidelines
  • Package finished dishes and ensure proper presentation
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment
  • Ensure proper storage and dating of all food items
  • Assess ingredient quality and minimize waste
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Dispose of oil and food waste properly
