Your Contribution

As a Service & Delivery Technician III, you will play a vital role in supporting our retail locations in the Northern Arizona area. This region encompasses various locations, and your expertise will be essential in maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for standard hardware platforms and systems utilized in our retail stores and district offices.
  • Repair all approved standard technology hardware, including PC/server hardware, network devices, multi-function printers, scales, iPads, eCommerce picking devices, self-checkout systems, and point-of-sale equipment.
  • Deliver network and remote connectivity support for hardware and software.
  • Install new hardware and software as required.
  • Assist customers with IT support, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with Corporate IT teams for on-site support and technology solutions.
  • Follow established repair standards and service levels.
  • This position offers a competitive pay rate of $24-25/hr.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; AA/AS/BA/BS degree preferred or 3+ years of technical training/hardware certifications.
  • Experience in Information Technology project implementation with 5+ years in technical systems and 2+ years in technical support preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in the retail sector preferred.
  • Familiarity with retail store systems, technology systems, and hardware for at least 2 years preferred.
  • Experience in the installation and configuration of desktop and peripheral technology for 2+ years preferred.
  • Strong telephone, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather critical information to resolve high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting technical information effectively.
  • Working knowledge of IT hardware, installation models, Windows, MS Office, and related applications.
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android platforms.
  • Experience with self-checkout systems is preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while being a collaborative partner in a matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to learn beyond formal training, delivering quality results with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of the interrelation between hardware and software systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of equipment, with some twisting and turning during installations.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Solid mechanical skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including day, evening, and overnight in a 24/7 on-call support capacity.
  • Strong sense of urgency, business ethics, dependability, and follow-through.
