Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to deliver world-class service, achieve sales goals, and maintain merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide in-depth product knowledge to build sales.
  • Brand Ambassador: Model the G.U.E.S.T. service approach, build customer loyalty, and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Merchandising and Sales: Maintain store appearance, merchandise product according to company visual guidelines, and process sales effectively.
  • Operations: Prepare incoming product, maintain store maintenance and cleanliness standards, and complete tasks as directed by management.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Teamwork: Possess an ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS Systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 50 lbs.
