• Provide exceptional customer service to all studio visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
• Promote our brand and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our unique fitness experience
• Work closely with our trainers to guide new members through their first workout and ensure a seamless onboarding process
• Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other administrative tasks
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
