Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced technicians in providing exceptional service to our customers.
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a solid A-level auto technician.
  • Leadership skills and experience as a foreman are a plus.
  • Ability to train and help technicians grow their skills.
  • Diagnostic and drivability experience is required.
  • Experience with industry-specific computer software and a variety of makes and models.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a positive attitude.
  • Current and valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What We Offer:

  • $45 - $55 per hour flat rate.
  • Production bonuses with an earning potential of $160K - $200K.
  • A Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends.
