Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a solid A-level auto technician.
- Leadership skills and experience as a foreman are a plus.
- Ability to train and help technicians grow their skills.
- Diagnostic and drivability experience is required.
- Experience with industry-specific computer software and a variety of makes and models.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a positive attitude.
- Current and valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
What We Offer:
- $45 - $55 per hour flat rate.
- Production bonuses with an earning potential of $160K - $200K.
- A Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends.
- Medical, vision, and dental insurance with 100% premium paid for employees only.
- ASE reimbursement and paid time off.
