- Document patient data, treatments, and procedures according to Orlando Health policies and procedures.
- Assist with scheduling, patient education, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with administrative and operations staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Embody Orlando Health's commitment to quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Successful completion of Medical Assistant training from an approved technical school or verifiable applicable work experience in a patient care setting.
- Maintains current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification.
- Current certification by one of the following agencies: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC), National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
