Job Summary

Palm Medical Centers is seeking a highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. As a primary care leader in Florida, we deliver senior primary care with genuine kindness. Our centers have a 98% patient satisfaction rate, and we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to maintain effective and organized systems, and the ability to administer injections. Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient information and prepare patients for examination
  • Record medical history and secure patient information
  • Counsel patients and schedule appointments
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
  • Ability to maintain effective and organized systems
  • The ability to administer injections
  • MA Certification preferred
