Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Pennsylvania Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of detail-oriented work, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers to ensure seamless case management. Your strong multitasking skills, combined with your ability to prioritize tasks and manage complex case loads, will be invaluable in driving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pro-actively communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Complete tasks within designated time frames.
  • Update and maintain accurate client databases.
  • Draft correspondence and other pre-litigation documents.
  • Obtain and verify necessary documents from clients and providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of Personal Injury experience with PA cases.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Able to handle large and complex case loads.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful and proactive problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, sick time, and Summer Fridays (office closes at 1pm on Fridays).
