Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our Rooms Operations team at The Westin Pittsburgh. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our Rooms Operations department, including Housekeeping, Recreation, and Guest Services.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of Rooms Operations, including Housekeeping, Recreation, and Guest Services
- Assist in the investigation of employee and guest accidents
- Participate in the management of departmental controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals
- Assist in the review of comment cards and guest satisfaction results with employees
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
