Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Print Production Specialist to join our team at Canon U.S.A., Inc. As a key member of our print center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and solutions for clients' copy/print needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, prioritize, and submit print requests from mainframe/mini/server/desktop according to complexity and urgency.
  • Ensure that output is quality-checked and accurately meets the instructions as submitted.
  • Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and maintain logs of all work submitted and completed.
  • Perform minor maintenance of reproduction equipment, including solving paper jams and conducting routine cleaning.
  • Take meter readings of each duplicating machine on a daily basis and monitor inventory of print supplies.
  • Inform clients of estimated completion time and work with clients to resolve complaints to their satisfaction.
  • Assist in keeping the print center neat and professional-looking.
  • Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and prepare billing charges.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-5 years of experience working directly in a print center.
  • Knowledge of machine operations from low to high volume high-speed duplicating equipment.
  • Proficiency in the use of a variety of reproduction-related equipment and systems.
  • Excellent customer service, professional attitude, and appearance.
  • Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
