Job Title: Pet Food Store Supervisor

At Chuck & Don's, we're passionate about providing exceptional service to our pet parents and making a difference in the lives of pets. As a Pet Food Store Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, managing store operations, and promoting pet health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to pet parents
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays
  • Share product knowledge and recommendations to fit customer needs and promote pet health
  • Perform front-end duties, such as handling cash registers, bagging, and replenishing merchandise
  • Organize and maintain a clean store front and stock room
  • Assist with other projects, including markdowns, re-tickets, and special store events
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Passion for exceptional customer service and pet well-being
  • Professional retail sales experience preferred
  • Physical demands include standing for 8 hours, lifting 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment
