Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of dedicated store associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Create and maintain efficient store schedules to ensure seamless operations and optimal guest experience.
  • Coach and lead store associates to provide personalized product recommendations, promote pet health, and drive sales growth.
  • Exercise discretionary authority, prepare reports, and hold self and team accountable for performance measures and execution of organizational initiatives.

  • Physical demands include standing for 8 hours, lifting 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.
