Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee procurement, contract development, contract management, and vendor management processes.
  • Advise and support contract managers and senior leadership on best practices and processes, development and interpretation of contractual requirements, and monitoring and enforcement of those requirements.
  • Supervise a team of contract management staff and provide guidance on contract-related matters.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on allowable Federal Medicaid administrative match opportunities.
  • Support contract managers in reviewing and processing contract-related deliverables.
Requirements
  • A ten (10) year combination of education, training, and/or professional experience in business administration, accounting, finance, fiscal management, and/or contract administration, including at least two (2) years of management experience.
  • Preferred experience includes experience with the Medicaid program and/or other health and human services programs.
