About the Role

The Senior Personal Banker will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling every customer need, including sales and service, consumer loan origination, and teller transactions as required. This role will utilize a needs-based selling approach to provide solutions tailored to customer needs and preferences. Additionally, the Senior Personal Banker will be responsible for referrals to other lines of business to meet customers' financial needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the banking team to achieve customer service and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service while identifying sales opportunities and promoting bank products or services to customers.
• Builds relationships by actively monitoring the status of key customer relationships to promote business growth and service quality.
• Effectively listens to customers, identifies needs, and expands & deepens customer relationships.
• Adapts to differences in customers and responds to verbal & non-verbal cues.
• Presents solutions through product benefits, establishes a clear difference, overcomes resistance, asks for the business, completes the sale, nurtures relationships, and establishes methods for follow-up.
• Works collaboratively with the banking team to achieve customer service and sales objectives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales & customer service.
• Previous teller or cash handling and consumer loan experience preferred.

Targeted Salary Range
$29.84
