About the Opportunity

We are seeking a charismatic and results-driven Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Ulta Beauty. This individual will play a critical role in creating an exceptional guest experience, driving sales growth, and developing our sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and welcoming environment that encourages guests to engage with our products and services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, including upselling, cross-selling, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales floor associates to ensure they meet or exceed sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as salon services, to promote cross-selling opportunities and enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
