Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year.

We are seeking a skilled Aviation Upholstery Shop Manager to lead our growing team in achieving strategic goals and delivering exceptional results. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership that promotes company values and cultivates employee growth.
  • Ensure adherence to Repair Station Manual, AS9100, AS9110, and other applicable standards.
  • Interpret material specifications and design/engineering requirements to deliver high-quality products.
  • Monitor daily operations to maximize efficiency, meet delivery guarantees, and maintain employee well-being.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships through regular reporting and communication.
  • Develop and administer annual budget activities to achieve company objectives.
  • Coordinate staffing needs with the Recruiting Department.

Requirements:

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant License preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of corporate aircraft upholstery experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong typing and cognitive abilities.
