Job Title: Aircraft Upholstery Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Upholstery Supervisor to join our team at Aviation Consulting Experts, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the upholstery shop team in meeting strategic goals, performance objectives, and budgeted sales and profit targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including AS9100 and AS9110.
  • Interpret material specifications and design/engineering requirements to ensure high-quality finished products.
  • Monitor daily operations to maximize efficiencies while maintaining employee well-being and delivery guarantees.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships through regular reporting and communication.
  • Develop and administer annual budgets for the upholstery shop.
  • Coordinate staffing needs with the recruiting department.
Requirements
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant License preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of corporate aircraft upholstery experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient typing and cognitive skills.
