**Location:** 925 Union Street, Bangor, ME

**Estimated Salary Range:** $63,000 - $83,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Staff Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, providing guidance and support to staff members, and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Ensure that all patient care is delivered safely and effectively, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote excellence in patient care and staff performance.
* Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maine.
* At least 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

**Working Conditions:**
\
This position requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. The work environment is typically quiet, but may involve exposure to noise and distractions from patients and equipment.
