Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare project plans, including design, approval, and execution plans.
  • Prepare and review tender documents, and participate in the awarding process.
  • Monitor on-site construction, execution, and budget, and conduct regular inspections.
  • Evaluate projects and document construction files and existing documents.
  • Train, instruct, and supervise external companies, and organize and monitor interfaces with all parties involved.
  • Ensure timely compliance with approval and reporting obligations, and issue approvals for inclusion in the approval register.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in preparing and implementing construction projects in administrative and residential buildings.
  • Knowledge and experience in planning and setting up electrical systems.
  • Practical SAP knowledge and experience with AVA software is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
