Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Harper Limbach LLC. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to reduce expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, timelines, and budget reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of industry-specific experience, with a proven track record of project management success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous people management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • 8+ years of industry-specific experience, with a strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
