About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Sunrise Skilled Nursing and Rehab. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in achieving their goals and regaining independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing services to assigned residents, including delivering meals, performing feeding assistance, and providing hydration.
  • Make rounds and respond to resident needs, ensuring proper care and service.
  • Monitor vitals and patient behavior, reporting observations to the nursing and medical staff.
  • Assist residents with showers or baths, providing proper skin care and reporting any skin breakdown or pressure areas.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Illinois.
  • A professional team player with a commitment to maintaining a reliable shift history.
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on providing genuine hometown care.
  • Enthusiastic about helping others and being part of a team who focuses on the same.
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant CNA program.
