About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Sunrise Skilled Nursing and Rehab. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing services to assigned residents, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
  • Deliver meals and assist with feeding, as well as provide hydration and other essential care.
  • Make regular rounds to ensure residents receive proper care and service.
  • Assist with turning and adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores and discomfort.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any concerns to the nursing and medical staff.
  • Provide assistance with showers and baths, as well as skin care and pressure area management.
  • Reliably transport yourself to assigned shifts and maintain a strong attendance record.
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Illinois.
  • A commitment to maintaining a reliable shift history and being a team player.
  • A passion for contributing to an organization focused on providing genuine hometown care.
  • Enthusiasm for helping others and being part of a team that shares the same values.
  • Graduation from an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant CNA program.
