Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Accurately prepare and process invoices, receipts, expense reports, and payments.
  • Reconcile credit card transactions.
  • Maintain precise financial documentation and ensure proper filing.
  • Generate monthly billing statements.
  • Conduct data entry related to financial activities.

Administrative Support:

  • Professionally manage incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and manage procurement.
  • Organize and maintain office files and correspondence.
  • Assist in the creation of regular reports.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

  • Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with a willingness to learn our scheduling and expense management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
