As a Pediatric Nursing Specialist, you will provide direct nursing care to students with acute and chronic health conditions, including administering medications, treatments, and first aid as necessary. Your expertise in conducting health assessments and screenings will enable you to identify health concerns and develop appropriate care plans. You will also participate in planning and implementation of 504 plans, special education evaluations, and Individual Education Programs (IEPs).

**Requirements:**
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state required
• Certification as a Licensed School Nurse (LSN) or willingness to obtain prior to the start of the school year required
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required
• Experience working as a school nurse or in pediatric nursing preferred
• Must be certified in CPR and First Aid
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
