POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Healthcare Administrative Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the billing and collection processes for the community's revenue, ensuring compliance with established accounting standards, state and federal regulations, and internal policies as directed by management. This role involves maintaining accurate records of census, cash flow, and revenue, as well as providing guidance to residents and their families regarding financial obligations while documenting collection efforts.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An Associate's Degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Demonstrated capability to execute both verbal and written directives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, support agencies, and community personnel.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours as per the demands of the role.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a long-term care administrative role or a related healthcare environment is required.
