  • Community Grounds Maintenance

  • Home Maintenance and Repairs
    • Perform basic repairs and maintenance on community-owned homes, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
    • Identify and report any deficiencies or issues with community homes and grounds.
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with community manager and other team members to ensure seamless operation.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Inventory

    • Comply with national, state, and local health and safety laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • Experience and Education
    • Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a community or property management setting.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Valid operator's license and good driving record.
    • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
    • Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds.
    • Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
