Job Description

Lighthouse ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated BCBA/LBAs to contribute to the growth and development of our clients.

As a BCBA/LBA, you will build meaningful relationships with children and their families, directly impacting their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and summarize results in comprehensive reports
  • Develop positive behavior support plans tailored to individual needs
  • Oversee the implementation of treatment plans and provide ongoing monitoring
  • Train staff on targeted behavioral needs and behavior support plans
  • Implement strategies to prevent target behaviors and de-escalation techniques
  • Monitor data and make programming adjustments as needed
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • LBA Certification
  • Prefer minimum of one year working after BCBA certification
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
Knowledge & Abilities
  • Utilize ABA principles to influence socially important behavior
  • Employ a team-based approach to reduce problem behavior
  • Serve individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with the team to create an optimal environment for behavior change
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
