Job Title: Senior Quality Manufacturing Engineer

LingaTech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing quality systems to ensure the highest level of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality standards and requirements for product manufacturing and inspection.
  • Design and apply methods for process control, improvement, testing, and inspection.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal process owners to resolve quality issues and ensure effective corrective actions.
  • Establish supplier quality requirements and monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Support New Product Project teams to ensure smooth transition of new products into regular manufacturing process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 6-10 years of experience in quality assurance and manufacturing.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 auditing process, Advanced Product Quality Planning (AQPQ), and Failure Models and Effects Analyst (FMEA).
  • Six sigma training preferred.
