About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at ACV Auctions. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dealership principals, controllers, and general managers.
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement sales and marketing plans that drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Travel regularly to meet with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and build relationships.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior executives to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
