- Develop comprehensive issue papers and talking points.
- Monitor university grants to promote the IC as a career option for students.
- Conduct summer seminars in collaboration with universities.
- Organize outreach meetings to enhance engagement.
- Coordinate outreach initiatives with various IC agencies.
- Interface with customers, other IC agencies, and internal stakeholders, including the DEIA Lead.
- Manage processes such as seminar setup, outreach (both in-person and virtual), and federal grant monitoring.
- Utilize tools such as MS Office, WebEx, and MS Teams for effective communication and coordination.
- A Bachelor’s degree with 18 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience is required.
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- A profound understanding of recruitment, academic outreach, and the IC community is essential.
- Proven experience in outreach and coordination with academic institutions is necessary.
- Ability to assist in the administration and implementation of policies and procedures related to human capital leadership and management is crucial.
- Experience with Congressionally Directed Actions, grants, and the development of issue papers and talking points is highly desirable.

Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000, reflecting the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other relevant factors.
