Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to fill a contract position in a SNF / LTC setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
  • Implement and modify patient physical therapy plans of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from an accredited school.
  • Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or in the process of obtaining licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
