Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist Assistant

Falls City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing facility that provides long-term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services. We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our patients.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders. Your duties will include administering various procedures, assessing patient progress, and communicating with the supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with prior experience in a skilled nursing setting. New graduates are also welcome to apply. Pay rates are competitive and based on various factors.
