Administrative Specialist Opportunity

Apple Canyon Lake POA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our Maintenance Office team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our maintenance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Manager and staff
  • Manage reporting, record keeping, and tracking of work orders
  • Order materials and process purchase orders
  • Communicate effectively with Property Owners and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Two or more years of experience in an administrative role
