Job Title: Surveillance Officer

Bally's Corporation is seeking a skilled Surveillance Officer to join our team at Bally's Black Hawk Casino. As a Surveillance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring table games, slot floor, and all critical areas of the casino to detect crimes or disturbances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor table games, slot floor, and all critical areas of the casino to detect crimes or disturbances.
  • Monitor premises of all areas to detect crimes or disturbances, using closed circuit television monitors, and notify authorities if needed for corrective actions.
  • Basic knowledge of Colorado gaming laws and regulations.
  • Take and respond to radio calls and answer phone calls, recording all information into a designated log.
  • Able to function in a multi-task situation and monitor multiple cameras.
  • Observe and report all infractions, including any suspicious activity.
  • Basic understanding of video recording and camera equipment.
  • Communicate and implement department procedure in accordance with internal controls.
  • Complete surveillance reports and investigations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and a strong sense of confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • 3-5 years of casino/gaming experience preferred.
  • Colorado Division of Gaming License and TIPs certification required.
