Job Summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Officer to join our team at Bally's Black Hawk Casino. As a Surveillance Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our gaming operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor table games, slot floor, and critical areas of the casino to detect crimes or disturbances.
  • Utilize closed circuit television monitors to observe and report all infractions.
  • Take and respond to radio calls, answer phone calls, and record all information into a designated log.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to implement department procedures and maintain internal controls.
  • Complete surveillance reports and investigations, and maintain a strong understanding of video recording and camera equipment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of casino/gaming experience preferred.
  • Colorado Division of Gaming License and TIPs certification required.
