Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily animal care and husbandry, including feeding, watering, and cleaning of animal enclosures
  • Monitor animal health and report any concerns to the supervisor
  • Assist with restraint, handling, and manipulation of various animal species
  • Operate equipment and use supplies according to safety guidelines
  • Sanitize facilities, animal housing units, and ancillary animal care equipment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in animal caretaking preferred
  • Ability to work weekends as assigned
