We're a dynamic product design agency looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Product Growth team. This part-time contract position allows for remote work and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

You'll provide administrative support to our leadership team, focusing on growth tasks and day-to-day operations. Your exceptional organizational skills, strong writing abilities, and virtual communication expertise will be invaluable assets to our team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Email management and response.
  • Outreach and coordination efforts.
  • Project and task management using tools like ClickUp or Notion.
  • Client and vendor communication.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Superior organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn about new subjects.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and the ability to pick up new software quickly.
  • Previous remote work experience and comfort with managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Salary Range

$22-$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
